How do I extend the time for a signing mission?
1. Log in to the overview page
2. Use the filter to find your mission
3. Click Details from the menu on the left
4. Click on edit
5. On the bottom of the page you can extend the time for the signing mission (up to 30 days)
How do I send reminders?
1. Log in to the overview page
2. Use the filter to find your mission
3. Click the letter icon from the menu on the left
How do I withdraw a signing mission?
1. Log in to the overview page
2. Use the filter to find your mission
3. Click the trash bin icon from the menu on the left
I am not recieving my email?
There can be many reasons why you may not receive an email but most cases are solved by whitelisting our sender addresses.
